The Scottish Paralegal Association

Conveyancing Paralegal

Stuart & Stuart have acted for individuals and families for over 200 years, providing clear advice and finding solutions to meet every need. Whether you are contemplating a divorce or considering your estate planning, our small team of approachable experts and accredited specialists will guide you through life’s twists and turns, tailoring our advice to your personal circumstances.

When it comes to property, our longevity means that we know the Edinburgh and Lothians property market inside out, while our modern approach gives us the edge in every transaction. What’s more, we’ll always provide you with a fixed fee for our estate agency services, rather than following the traditional commission-based approach to feeing.

In fact, no matter what we do for you, we are committed to only ever charging a fair fee, which we’ll always fix in advance where we can. If we can’t fix or estimate the cost, we’ll send your file to an independent law accountant to assess what a fair fee should be when your case has concluded.
