Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Edinburgh, Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Hadden Rankin is a well established Edinburgh legal firm dealing with Residential Property and Private Client work. We have three offices located in Newington, Leith Walk and Howe Street in the New Town.

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to work with one of our Directors at our office at 1 Hope Park Terrace at the Meadows.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Completely familiar with all aspects of residential conveyancing and up to date with the provisions of the Land Registration Act 2012
  • Able to deal efficiently with the preparation of documentation and general correspondence and online forms
  • Capable of dealing with the negotiation and conclusion of missives
  • Responsible for own caseload and able to deal with competing priorities
  • Committed to client care and confident in communication
  • Accurate with a focus on attention to detail

Private Client Paralegal

Hadden Rankin is a well established Edinburgh legal firm dealing with Residential Property and Private Client work. We have three offices located in Newington, Leith Walk and Howe Street in the New Town.

 

We are looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal specialising in the administration of Executry Estates to work with our Private Client Associate Director at our office at 1 Hope Park Terrace at the Meadows.

 

The successful candidate will be:

 

  • Completely familiar with the administration of Executry Estates and the documentation involved, including the preparation of Executry Accounts
  • Capable of dealing with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, with experience of Trust Administration an advantage
  • Responsible for own caseload and able to deal with competing priorities
  • Committed to client care and confident in communication
  • Accurate with a focus on attention to detail
  • Able to deal efficiently with the preparation of documentation and general correspondence, although some secretarial backup will also be provided
