Digby Brown Solicitors is Scotland’s largest personal injury firm and we have been helping people for over 110 years. In 2018, we were awarded Firm of the Year for the second time by Scott & Co. Legal Awards in Scotland.

From our seven local offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Kirkcaldy, Inverness, Aberdeen and Ayr, we cover the length and breadth of Scotland.

Our expertise in personal injury law, particularly in the fields of serious brain injury and spinal injury is widely acknowledged.

We also specialise in employment law and family law matters and have dedicated departments to help people facing difficult situations.

Digby Brown is ranked Band 1 for Personal Injury Law in Scotland by Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession and Legal 500.

Each year we use our experience and expertise to recover millions of pounds in compensation for our clients who have been injured in an accident.

Digby Brown has been at the forefront in providing access to justice for accident victims by pioneering ‘no win, no fee’ arrangements and by introducing legal expenses insurance and outlays funding schemes.

In addition, the firm believes they are unique in Scotland by using specialist departments to cover the range of types of accidents and types of serious injury. All this along with our numerous office locations means we offer our clients the very best possible resources to bolster their case.
