We have a vacancy for a Paralegal to work in the busy Civil Court department in our Livingston office.

The role is to work closely with the Partner and Solicitors in the family court department, providing them with a high standard of support handling a wide variety of cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to develop their career in a well established Scottish legal firm.

Candidates must have:

  • experience of working in a civil court department as a Paralegal;
  • good knowledge of family court procedures, including separation, divorce, contact,
    interdict, permanence and children’s referrals;
  • excellent IT skills;
  • strong administration skills;
  • a professional manner and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of
  • the ability to work unsupervised in a proactive fashion, using good time management

Salary negotiable depending upon experience

24 days holiday per annum in addition to bank holidays.
