The Scottish Paralegal Association

Commercial Property Paralegal

We have a diverse list of clients – including businesses, charities and families – but all receive the same core elements from us: legal expertise, creativity and high levels of service. This applies however simple or complex the advice and solutions required.

Choices in how we work with you
Flexibility is an important part of what we offer.

You may want to meet us at regular intervals to review your commercial property arrangements or business contracts or to discuss matters on your estate. You may also want proactive information about changes that may affect you.

Or you may simply want one-off advice – from writing a will to preparing a shareholders’ agreement.

We are happy with all these ways of working, and can also tailor other aspects of our service, such as reporting.

Putting the right people at your service

All Lindsays clients have a ‘relationship partner’ who ensures you receive all you require from us in terms of advice and service.

But not all the work we do for you will require the services of a partner, so we allocate your work to the best people to handle it. If you need a senior lawyer with specialist knowledge, you will be advised by one. If we think a paralegal could help you instead, that is what will happen.

This ensures you receive the right advice at the right price. That’s another core element of our service.

If you would like to know more about how we work, and how we can help you, your family or your business, we’d be very happy to tell you more.
